WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY
Patricia Lowe's Testimonial

Patricia Lowe
Even prior to my having breast cancer, I always went to HVRA for my mammographies and ultrasounds. It's the first medical organization I'd ever experienced that went out of its way to make the experience so comfortable in terms of the relaxed atmosphere and the considerate staff.
Getting a mammography or other diagnostic exam can be a daunting, stressful experience, since you're either going in for an exam, or getting the results of that exam. But it is clear that HVRA honors the person, by alleviating the stress with its friendly, family-like surroundings rather than a hospital type of setting.
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer. Later on, my annual mammography indicated suspicious areas, potentially cancer. Dr. Ehrlich called me in to review my exam and point out to me his findings. Although not alarming, it was certainly questionable given my history. Thanks to Dr. Ehrlich's fast response and personalized attention, I had the opportunity to immediately discuss my options with my surgeon. Fortunately, there was no cancer present and everything was fine.
HVRA successfully combines a truly welcoming environment and a professional, compassionate staff. At HVRA, you don't feel like a number-you feel at ease, like you're appreciated and well cared for. From the moment you enter the building to the moment you leave, they ensure a positive experience. Then you can go on with your day as usual, knowing that a staff of "professionals with hearts" really cares about you.
