Access Patient Reports and Images over the Web with HVRA’s New PACS System

HVRA is pleased to announce the installation of its new eRAD® PACS Image & Reports Archiving System, a system that provides physicians with anytime, anywhere secure and immediate web access to their patients’ reports and images.

eRAD automatically emails physicians and theirs offices of new information as it becomes available in the system. It automatically routes and downloads reports with key images, as well as the complete set of images of that study, onto any web-enabled Windows device, without any effort on the part of the staff. In addition, reports and images can be cut and pasted into Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) or printed to a local device.

Diagnostic Ordering Form - required for all exams except MRI
Certificate of Medical Necessity
/ Bone Density Measurements - to be completed by the patient's referring doctor for bone density studies
MRI Prescription & Questionnaire - patients are required to this form prior to an MRI; referring doctors may use this form to order an MRI.
